Jacqueline R. Carey, PA-C

Prior to physician assistant school, she obtained her bachelor’s degree in biological sciences at Saint Leo University in Florida, where she played NCAA Division II softball competitively. She then worked for several years as a medical assistant in a busy dermatology practice, where she found her passion for skin care and dermatologic conditions. 

As a dermatology physician assistant, Jackie’s goals are to provide excellent patient education and to recommend evidence-based treatment plans that leave patients feeling more comfortable and confident in their skin. She is proud to be trained directly by Dr. Kane and believes strongly in collaborative care. 

Jackie is board certified by the National Commissions on Certification of Physician Assistants and is an active member of both the American Academy of Physician Assistants and the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants. 

In her spare time, she enjoys running on the beach, refurbishing and repurposing old furniture, and spending time with friends and family. She also likes to relive her glory days at Citizens Bank Park, where she used to work the foul lines as a Phillies ballgirl during the 2016-2017 seasons.
